Mediation: Mediation is a confidential, non-binding process in which the parties attempt to settle their family law issues through the use of a neutral third party. As a trained mediator Mr. Shapiro facilitates communication and works to find what is essential to the parties to reach a mutually acceptable and fair resolution of all or part of their dispute. Mediation can be initiated at any time by agreement.
